The public calendar shows rates entered by the hotel and does not collect guest or card details. Enquiries are sent through WhatsApp or email. On Netlify, the editor area uses an authorized email-and-password account; no ChatGPT account is required. The editor’s identity is checked to protect access. Rates, the editor identifier and the latest save date are stored in the website’s database.

Your dates, guest count and room choice stay in the page until you open WhatsApp or your email app. The site does not automatically send a message or collect payment details. When you send, the hotel receives the details and your chosen channel’s contact information to answer the enquiry.

You can browse without sending an enquiry. If you contact us, provide only what is needed to reply: contact details, dates, guest count and preferred room. We cannot reply without contact details. Do not send identity documents, health information or card numbers through this form. Opening WhatsApp or your email app does not send the message: you confirm sending in your chosen service.

After agreeing your stay by WhatsApp or email, the hotel sends a Nexi payment link. Enter card details on the payment page, not in messages. This website does not collect card numbers or generate payment links. Nexi applies its own privacy notice.

Website preferences are stored in your browser and treated as valid for 180 days, after which a new choice is requested. Your language is stored for the session. The form does not save dates, guests or room choices for later visits. These periods concern browser storage, not messages sent to the hotel or hosting logs; request the relevant notices for their retention periods. You can delete local data in your browser settings.

WhatsApp, your email app and map or review websites have their own privacy notices. The Google map loads only when you choose to open it. The hosting provider may process technical data needed to run and protect the website.

The site contains no traffic analytics or behavioural advertising tools and makes no automated booking decisions. The FAQ guide uses predefined replies. External maps and badges load only after your choice; their provider may then receive your IP address and browser information. External links lead to services with their own privacy notices, including information on any international transfers. These services are not guaranteed to process data only within the European Economic Area.

Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing where that right applies. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
