Hotel policies

Check-in usually starts between 13:00 and 14:00. Please confirm with reception when your room will be ready.

By 11:00.

Respect other guests’ rest, especially after 23:00. Parties and illegal drug use are not permitted on the property. Tell us your expected arrival time in advance.

An original identity document is required at check-in; photos and copies are not accepted. Hotel rules list a passport, EU-valid identity card, EU residence permit or EU driving licence.

Minors must be accompanied by parents or a responsible guardian. If parents are absent, written authorisation and copies of their identity documents are required.

Undeclared extra guests are not allowed. Each additional guest must be registered and pay the additional charge at reception.

Smoking is not permitted in rooms.

Pets are not allowed at the property.

Special requests and extras depend on availability and may incur additional charges.

Direct bookings for 1 room: cancel up to the day before arrival for a full refund. Direct bookings for 3 or more rooms: non-refundable if cancelled. Holding several rooms limits availability for other guests, and a last-minute cancellation can leave them unsold. For exactly 2 rooms, ask the hotel for the terms before paying. The precise cancellation deadline and applicable terms are stated in your confirmation; for bookings through other platforms, check the terms of the rate you purchased.

You can leave your luggage free of charge for up to one day, subject to available space. Check with reception on the morning of your arrival or departure.

Need to arrive early or leave later? Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. For a late arrival, please contact us in advance to arrange prepayment.
